Nintendo Black Wii Console

If my GPU overheating Wii and send it to Nintendo, is in some way I can keep all my data stored?
I think my Wii may be necessary to send so I can take without overheating GPU. I do not know if my Wii have a problem or not, but occasionally black spots. Should I send them there so that all my data stored? (Details of the game, virtual console games, photos, etc.) Thanks for your help!
Well, I might have to buy SD memory card, just replace the package or somthing.Also do not think the Wii has this problem
